Our discovery session, can move you from thinking about what you want, to discovering your needs and laying out the plan to successfully achieve your vision.It is used to collaboratively engage with your key stakeholders to fully understand the business value, problem space, environment and scope we are working in. Using all stages of a thought cycle, from innovation, development, too actualisation; It provides a measure to qualify and quantify how solving this problem will benefit the company.

Different varieties of Discovery?
Our team use discovery sessions right through the cloud journey to determine the best option for your business. Therefore, there are different types of discovery sessions that we can run.

Ideation
This session, will take no more than half-a-day and seek to understand the business and technical context of the problem that needs to be solved.
Discovery & Design
Consists of a more pointed conversation regarding your technology, infrastructure, integration, automation, application, and workflows.
The session can take between half-a-day to a full-day and creates a detailed plan on the next steps without disrupting your current technology.
Data Strategy
Is the longest of our sessions, requiring 4 days. Our Data Strategy, helps businesses become more data-driven to drive business value. It is broken up over focused sessions, which help you define a clear data strategy that delivers on your business strategy and goals.
